Overview
Located in groves of cottonwoods along the San Miguel River. Cottonwood campground has 14 campsites. RV and tent sites, a few cabanas, picnic tables, grills, toilets, and hand-carry boat ramps. No drinking water or trash services. The river in this section flows over sandstone bedrock where rock ledges form large holes creating rapids during high water.
