§ 02 — OVERVIEW
The BLM's Mill Creek Recreation Site is located in Polk County, Oregon approximately 22 miles west of Salem, Oregon. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Mill Creek Recreation Site sits along Mill Creek offering a quiet day-use site with picnic tables, seasonal vault toilet, bulletin board, and parking.
No camping is allowed. The BLM has an agreement with Polk County to maintain the site. Know Before You Go This is a day-use only site; no camping is allowed. Fires are limited to the steel fire rings and grills. No potable water available. No designated river access point.
