§ 02 — OVERVIEW
The vistas of the Middle Fork and South Fork of the Kings River lies at the bottom of the Sierra's deepest canyon, which is accessible by the Yucca Point Trail. The trail is an out and back, 3.6 miles long with a 1,360ft descent and ascent.
It is a short and scenic hike that begins at Hwy 180 and ends at Kings River. Beware of poison oak and rattlesnakes.
