§ 02 — OVERVIEW
Jones Bay is one of Lake Roosevelt’s smaller, more rustic campgrounds. The campground is mostly gravel and packed dirt, with not much vegetation, on the lake shore.
It can be reached by boat and has a boat launch and dock. Jones Bay can be also be reached by car, but may be difficult to find.

Weather Notes
Summer weather is hot and buggy, with highs averaging in the 90s and lows in the 50s. Rain and thunderstorms can happen any time of year. In the winter, expect cold temperatures and possible snow. Temperatures can vary in spring and fall. Be prepared for many types of weather in all seasons.

Individual Campsite
The fee for an individual campsite per night. Group size limit is 10 people and 2 vehicles. All standard camping fees are 50 percent off with an eligible America the Beautiful Senior or Access Pass. Group size limit is 10 people and 2 vehicles.
